OnePlus will launch the Nord CE 5 in India on July 8, alongside the OnePlus Nord 5 and OnePlus Buds 4 TWS earphones. Ahead of the event, the company has revealed key specifications of the Nord CE 5, including its chipset, camera setup, battery capacity, and charging features. It has also confirmed the battery life of the Buds 4 and shared availability details for all three devices. Some specifications of the Nord 5 and Buds 4 have also been revealed in advance of the official launch.

The OnePlus Nord 5 will go on sale in India on July 9 at 12pm IST, followed by the Nord CE 5 on July 12 at 12am IST. Both smartphones, along with the OnePlus Buds 4, will be available through the OnePlus India website, Amazon, and offline OnePlus stores.

The OnePlus Nord CE 5 is set to feature a powerful 4nm octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 8350 Apex chipset paired with a Mali-G615 GPU and LPDDR5X RAM. A standout highlight is its massive 7,100mAh battery, which supports 80W SuperVOOC fast charging.
OnePlus claims the phone can charge from 0 to 100% in just 59 minutes, and a quick 10-minute top-up can provide up to six hours of YouTube streaming. The handset will also include bypass charging and a Battery Health Magic system to intelligently manage charging and extend battery life.

In terms of photography, the Nord CE 5 will come with a 50-megapixel Sony LYT-600 primary rear sensor featuring Optical Image Stabilisation (OIS). It will support 4K video recording at up to 60fps and include advanced imaging tech like RAW HDR, Real Tone, and Ultra HDR in Live Photos—borrowed from the flagship OnePlus 13 series—promising enhanced image clarity and color accuracy across different lighting conditions.
Alongside the smartphone, OnePlus is launching the Buds 4, which are designed for long-lasting use and convenience. The TWS earbuds are said to offer up to 45 hours of total battery life with the case, and up to 11 hours of continuous playback on a single charge. Fast charging support is also included, ensuring minimal downtime between uses.

The OnePlus Buds 4 will come equipped with intuitive touch controls, including slide gestures on the stems for easy volume adjustments. They also support Steady Connect for a reliable Bluetooth connection outdoors, Dual-Device connectivity, and Google Fast Pair for quick setup. An AI-powered translation feature further boosts their utility, especially for travel and communication across languages.
